Under inflated tires is one of the many causes of accidents on the highway and even in the inner city. Accidents cause you to have a higher insurance rate, expensive car repairs and most significant can also be the cause of fatalities that result in death. Now you will find that I am very inexpensive and simple to use. Open up your glove box and pullout your owner's manual check to see how much air your tires need in order to be properly inflated.
When you know exactly how much air your tires need then you should take off the valve around the tire and put your inflator over it checking out the amount of air that you have in the tire. Many service stations offer free air so it is not a problem to keep your tires properly inflated. In colder weather you might want to check your tires a little bit more frequently. If you are driving a truck or RV and it is going to be carrying a heavier load then you should make sure that your tires are properly inflated. If you are making a trip check your tires to make sure that they are properly inflated. Well, after reading this letter, hopefully you get a better idea on how an inflator works and how it can benefit your car. You want to make sure that you look at the features as well as brand. Some brands, you may find that they don't have a good reputation. This is why it's important to read the reviews online and not buy solely on the price. If you buy something that's too cheap, you may get what you pay for.
There are literally thousands of tire inflators on the market. I would look online or scour your local auto parts store to see which one will fit the best in your garage. The next time you have a flat tire, it will be nice to just pump it up in your garage rather than going to the local gas station.
