Kawasaki KX250 engine removal?
I cant get the bolt out that holds the engine in the rear and also connects to the swing arm. Everything else is ready but that one bolt. The nut is off and I have tried using a punch to get it to push through the frame and swing arm but no luck not even an bit of movement. It does rotate a Little clockwise and counter clockwise but wont push through from left to right. Is there a special factory tool I need or is it just stuck?
no special tools but you will be needing new swing arm bushes and passably a new swing arm pivot bolt....the bushes are shafted/rusty holding in the shaft,the movement you feel is the bushes moving in the swing arm....nock it out with a long extension bar and a big mell[hammer]...if it wont budge you ll have to get a brand new good quality hacksaw blade and cut between the engine and arm...it will take some time...
