How to stop holes in teeth from growing?

I have a small hole that doesn't cause any pain when i touch it, in one of my inside teeth. It's not deep but about 3mm wide and it isn't too noticable until a saw a tiny bit of brown on one of the edges. Should i go to the dentists to get a filling? because it isn't a problem and it doesn't hurt right now.

Add a dash of Xylitol to your mouth rinsing water,and swill your tooth brush in it as well before putting toothpaste on the brush.
It is NOT sugar,but can be used as a sweetener.
It DOES kill bacteria in your mouth.
