where in sacramento can i learn wagi kali silat or a blade carrying martial art?

i want to learn how to handle a blade and i heard this might be the best martial art to learn how, im not much of a martial artist but i have done judo before(dropped that about 2-3 years ago bt im about togo back), so where can i study penack silat/wagi kali silat/ some type of martial arts that teaches you how to weild a blade/knife, i realize that itd probably be a process of learning to wield a blade but i have atleast 2 yrs or so(if it takes that long to get to the point of actually betting pointers of blade use from a sensei/master)(yes i realize that itd be non leathal practice with a piece of wood or something)
