Can I use a Perma-coil on a boosted Civic D-series engine?
I have a 95 Civic with a D16z6 running 10psi boost (Turbo) and a spark plug shot out of the head the other night ripping out all the threads. I was told to go get a "Perma-coil", they run $30 at my local parts store so I was thinking this will be a cheap fix but I was unsure about whether or not it will be okay with my Turbo setup? I don't want this blowing back out again. Any info would be great, thanks guys.
It's worth a try since it's only 30 bucks.
