changing the breaks on a 97 prelude- do I need a special tool?

I have the tire off... I'm trying to get the bolt off (kind of behind the breaks)- but the part its attached too keeps turning with it... its really tough to get off- do I need to just find something stronger to hold it and use a power tool to get it off or do I need something special to get it off?

Do you have safety jack stands under the car frame? If not, it's not safe to be under the car with only the car jack holding it up. The caliper bolts are threaded and should come out with no problem. Make sure your removing the correct bolts that hold the caliper. Your brake rotor may require special tools to remove if it needs resurfacing. A detailed repair manual for your car is necessary for any repair work. A shop manual is best, but a http://www.haynes.com manual may suffice.
