can i rebreak a tendon?
Hi back in august 2006 a piece of glass went through my left hand index finger and broke my tendon 80% the doctors told me if i hadn'tt had it repaired id never be able to use the tip of my finger again. now in 2010 i wasrecentlyy cutting a guitar sting why my cutters slipped away and with some force pelted the precise finger in the precise spot of the opp after wiping down the blood my finger feels a bit weird and my question is after that amount of time would something like that re brake my tendon" thanks ryan
also there was a bit of tingling but know theres no real pain at all only were the cut happened
Also i can still move the tip of my finger with ease
It's a good thing that you can move your finger but you should get it checked out anyway. Tendons are weak in an area of previous trauma/repair.
