Turning Chisel Set

i have a set of old craftsman rosewood handle turning chisels (8) how old are they and how much are they worth

they are in great shape and still in original case

Those arent worth what the new ones are is my first guess.

You would have to find a collector of new old tools that wants a Craftsman set of chisels, Id say that is extremely rare to find such a person.

Your best be to find the value of such a thing is on Ebay. You can advertise those on Ebay for about $1.20 for 7 day run. And you can set a hidden price, so if you dont like the bid you can just plain keep your chisels.

If you try locally to find a buyer its near impossible, but with Ebay, antiques go for very h high prices. I had an old brass lamp i tried to sell locally in Chicago for $50. On Ebay they bid it to $225 plus shipping. That is because there is a market for it on ebay, lots of potential antique dealers searching Ebay every day.
